I thought I would try something a little different. Several of us at Dapwood like to dabble in photography so I thought it might be fun to add to our site different photos that we took with the hope that others might enjoy.

The following photo is of one of the “small” sequoias on an afternoon hike. This photo was taken just before we had an exciting encounter with a black bear looking for dinner.
